Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Job Description:
– Answer incoming customer calls regarding product information, pricing, and availability
– Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
– Process and input customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Provide support to the sales team by assisting with order entry and customer follow-up
– Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
– Generate and maintain customer reports
– Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficiency with MS Office and data entry
– Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Bilingual in French and English is an asset
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
Expected salary: $16.75 – 18.84 per hour
