Salary: $17 – $20 an hour

Our client, a leading insurance provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and assisting with inquiries related to policies and claims.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and emails from policyholders
– Providing information on insurance policies, coverage, and claims processes
– Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
– Inputting and updating customer information in the database
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues
– Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Detail-oriented and organized
