The Digital PMO reports to the Senior Project Manager and operates on a hybrid work model. The position is graded at H0:09 and requires 37.5 hours per week. The role of Project Manager within UHN Digital provides an opportunity to lead key initiatives and showcase talents in the field.
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities include:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Processing orders and returns accurately
– Assisting with product recommendations and information
– Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards all customers
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
