Customer Service Representative

Location: Peterborough, ON

Salary: $17-18/hour

Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Peterborough, ON. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

– Answering phone calls and emails from customers
– Providing information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
– Processing orders and returns
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
