Job Description
Our company is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to various teams within the organization
– Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
– Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
– Handle incoming calls and emails, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
– Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
– Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
