The position is for a full-time tenure stream Assistant Professor in Marketing. Applicants must have a PhD degree in Marketing or a closely related area at the time of appointment or shortly after, and demonstrate expertise in the field.
Job Description:
– Analyze data and create reports to provide insights for decision-making
– Support marketing and sales teams with data-driven recommendations
– Develop and maintain databases to track key performance metrics
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis
– Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
– Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively
– Maintain data integrity and accuracy
– Participate in strategic planning and goal setting efforts
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles
– Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
