Job Description

Our client, a reputable company in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join their team. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day operations of the production floor, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control
– Oversee the production team to ensure that deadlines are met and production goals are achieved
– Develop and implement production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of production activities
– Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
– Train and mentor production team members to enhance their skills and performance
– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven track record of success in improving production processes
– Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations is a plus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
