Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Maintain contact lists
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for office maintenance, procurement, and security
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– High school diploma or equivalent
