Job Description

Our company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, filing documents, and assisting with correspondence.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate party
– Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
– Filing and organizing documents
– Assisting with correspondence and preparing reports
– Running errands as needed
– Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
