Description:
LNS, Inc. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front office, handling incoming calls, assisting in data entry, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage front office operations including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies
– Assist in data entry, filing, and document preparation
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Provide administrative support to department heads as needed
– Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of administrative experience
