The Assistant Manager, Residence Hospitality Experience reports to the Manager and is responsible for overseeing cleaning staff and assisting with administrative duties related to the cleaning operation in the residence.

We are currently seeking a Management Accountant to join our dynamic team in Toronto. As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to senior management, assisting with budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
– Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
– Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
– Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA) is preferred
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
– Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
