Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems.

Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
– Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person
– Troubleshoot network issues and resolve connectivity problems
– Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems
– Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions
– Document all support activities and solutions for future reference

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
– Prior experience working in an IT support role
– Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
– Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
