Caretaker (Live In) – Storey’s Ltd

We are seeking a reliable and responsible caretaker to live on-site and provide general maintenance and security for our residential buildings. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and have good communication skills. Responsibilities include carrying out routine maintenance tasks, responding to tenant requests, overseeing repair projects, and ensuring the safety and security of the property. The caretaker will also be responsible for maintaining common areas, managing waste disposal, and keeping accurate records of maintenance activities. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
