JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a well-known retail company, is currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store’s operations, including customer service, sales, staff management, and inventory control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist the Store Manager in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue
– Train and supervise store associates to ensure excellent customer service
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
– Assist with scheduling and performance evaluations of staff members
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 2+ years of retail management experience
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail software systems
