Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assist them with finding products
– Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently
– Meet and exceed sales goals
– Assist with inventory management and restocking products
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:
– Previous retail sales experience preferred
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Strong sales and negotiation abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
