Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Our company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Process customer orders and returns
– Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed
– Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Provide product information and recommendations to customers
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
