The company is seeking a Project Manager to join their support staff in their Vaughan office. The Senior Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Central Canada Operations and will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and successful completion of projects.
Director of Product Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the development and management of our product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, setting product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the development and execution of product strategies to drive business growth
– Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to inform product development and positioning
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive product planning and deliver products to market
– Define product roadmaps and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of products
– Act as a key stakeholder in product development, providing input and guidance to ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives
– Evaluate and prioritize new product opportunities and features based on strategic objectives and market needs
– Drive product marketing and sales enablement efforts to support successful product launches and ongoing product management
– Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering feedback and insights to inform product improvements and future development

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
– 8+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches and business growth
– Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute product strategies
– Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
– Experience in the technology industry and familiarity with software development processes is highly desirable
– Proven success in driving product marketing and sales enablement efforts
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
