Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
-Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
-Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
