Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Processing and tracking customer orders
– Providing product information and pricing to customers
