The Chief Clinical Planner in Vancouver works closely with the Chief Project Officer and Executive Director of the designated Community of Care to ensure effective leadership and planning within the organization.
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will assist with other office duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
– Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Maintain office filing systems
– Assist with other office duties as needed
– Provide general administrative support to staff
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Previous administrative experience is preferred
