Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, strong leadership skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
– Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
– Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
– Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries
– Monitor warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations
– Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the warehouse, such as delays or damaged goods
– Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and warehouse activities

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures
– Forklift certification preferred
