Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Informatics with a salary range of CAD $54.19/Hr. to CAD $77.89/Hr. The successful candidate will work with VCH in a managerial role.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a leading telecommunications company in Toronto, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle a high volume of incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their inquiries or issues
– Provide information to customers regarding products and services
– Assist customers with billing and account inquiries
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
– Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
