Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving any issues or concerns efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Process orders and track shipments using our internal systems
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
