Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to policyholders, agents, and providers. You will answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, process policy changes, and provide support on various insurance products.

Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Process policy changes and updates
– Assist customers with account information and general inquiries

Requirements:
