Retail Operations Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 a year

Our client, a well-established retail company, is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join their team in Mississauga, ON. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations and ensuring that the store is running efficiently and effectively. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of store employees, monitoring inventory levels, assisting with sales and customer service, and ensuring that the store is meeting its sales targets.

Responsibilities:

– Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
– Monitor inventory levels and make sure the store is well-stocked at all times
– Create and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue
– Train and develop store employees to ensure high levels of customer service
– Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
– Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
– Analyze sales data and reports to track progress towards sales targets
– Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

– 3+ years of retail management experience
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
