Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, Ontario

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and customers.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner
– Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Additional tasks may be assigned as needed

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
