The Quality Manager position is located in North Vancouver initially, with eventual relocation to project sites on scheduled rotations. Responsibilities include leading and guiding the Quality team to ensure project success through effective distribution of work and fostering individual growth.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Provide excellent customer service to all guests and clients
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a similar role preferred
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
