Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Halifax, NS

Salary: $15 – $17 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Halifax. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email.

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Process orders and assist with product returns and exchanges
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– High school diploma or equivalent
