Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product information.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide product information and pricing
– Process customer orders and returns
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Work closely with the sales team to provide support for customers
– Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the system
