The Sr. Field Service & Technical Advising Manager is a permanent, full-time position within the Direction and Process Validation (TDPV) team. This individual will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in field service and technical advising, contributing to process validation and providing guidance to the team. The position offers a competitive salary.
Position: Event Coordinator

Location: Barrow in Furness

Salary: £13 per hour

Description:

We are currently looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team based in Barrow in Furness. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning, coordinating, and executing events for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan and organize events according to the company’s requirements
– Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
– Manage event budgets and expenses
– Oversee the setup and breakdown of events
– Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees
– Communicate effectively with attendees, sponsors, and other stakeholders
– Evaluate the success of events and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Knowledge of event planning and coordination best practices
– Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
– A degree in Event Management or related field is preferred
