We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key responsibilities include:
– Managing appointments and meetings for senior staff
– Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Coordinating travel arrangements
– Preparing reports and presentations
