Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Job Description:

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Management Accountant to join their team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to the management team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the business with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements
– Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management
– Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
– Support the development of financial models and business plans
– Monitor revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate actions
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial decision-making
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
– Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– CPA designation or working towards completion
– 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
