Job Description

Title: Human Resources Associate

Location: Vancouver, BC

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
– Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
– Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
– Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management issues
– Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
– Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
– Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in human resources
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
