Local news organization is seeking an experienced digital media account executive to join their team. The role involves working with clients and agencies, prospecting for new business, and analyzing client marketing goals to develop effective strategies.
Job Description

– Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
– Manage and oversee the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of the organization’s activities.
– Implement and maintain internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and productivity of the organization.
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for action.
– Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure that organizational goals are met.
– Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
– Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
– Manage budget and expenditures, and prepare financial reports as required.
