Job Description:

Alero Worldwide is currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and accurately documenting customer information.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answering incoming calls and providing information and assistance to customers
