Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a positive attitude. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing information about products and services. The successful candidate must be able to work well in a team environment and possess strong problem-solving skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
– Processing customer orders and providing order status updates
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Providing information about products and services to customers

Qualifications:
