Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing technologies and social media trends, as well as experience with social media management tools and analytics.

Responsibilities:

– Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy
– Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
– Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals
– Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
– Build and manage a social media content calendar
– Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns
– Engage with online communities and social media followers to build relationships and encourage engagement
– Create and implement social media strategies to align with company goals
– Monitor online reviews and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Identify and build relationships with influencers and key partners

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
– Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
– Proven experience managing social media accounts and working with social media management tools
– Excellent communication and writing skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus
