Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and a strong background in managing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
– Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
– Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
– Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
– Prepare and review project budgets and track expenses
– Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
– Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
– Manage project team members and delegate tasks accordingly

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
– Proven experience in project management, specifically in construction
– Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Proficient in project management software
