Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 hourly

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON. This position will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, and providing efficient and effective customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a temporary, full-time position with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their inquiries or concerns
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate management personnel
– Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and procedures
– Support other customer service-related duties as assigned

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Bilingual in English and French (an asset)
