Job Description

Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year

Our luxury hotel in downtown Toronto is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of operations and guest services. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
– Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest experience and streamline operations
– Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for management
– Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proven track record of driving revenue and increasing guest satisfaction
– Knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, and industry trends
– Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or Certified Hospitality Manager (CHM) designation is an asset
