Job Description
Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
– Manage incoming calls and emails from customers
– Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Provide information about products and services
– Process orders and returns
– Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
