Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in industrial operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all operations within the facility. This includes but is not limited to, safety compliance, operational efficiency, staff management, inventory control, and budget management.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the facility
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
– Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands
– Lead and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed
– Collaborate with other department managers and leadership to achieve overall company goals
– Monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
– Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in industrial operations management
– Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
– Proven leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
– Experience in budget management and cost control
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
