Collaborate with Project Management and Purchasing teams to ensure that materials are prepared for technician pick-up and project installation, as well as accurately process and complete Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) efficiently. Coordinate with the Fleet Manager to ensure smooth operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes. This role will involve tracking inventory, forecasting demand, and identifying opportunities for improvement in our supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and inefficiencies
– Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
– Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to improve supply chain processes
– Generate and maintain reports on key performance indicators
– Identify and resolve issues in supply chain operations
– Recommend changes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
– Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
– Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of supply chain software and tools
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Understanding of inventory management principles
– Familiarity with forecasting and demand planning techniques
