Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, handling incoming calls and emails, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner
– Providing product information and assistance to customers
