The role entails driving innovative digital strategies and campaigns to meet employment program client volume targets. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Communications & Marketing, the position will also contribute to business growth.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring that they receive a warm welcome and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
