Salary: $20 – $22 per hour

Job Summary:

Our child care center in Mississauga is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to join our team. The Child Care Worker will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care, as well as helping to create educational and engaging activities for them.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and monitor children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
– Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for children, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social development
– Maintain open and positive communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress
– Assist with meal preparation and feeding of children
– Keep the child care center clean and organized at all times
– Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a child care setting
– Valid First Aid and CPR certification
– Clear criminal record check
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
