Marketing and sales initiatives are being communicated and promoted to a network of travel agencies through events and conferences. The goal is to increase awareness and drive sales through collaboration with the agency network.
Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Canada

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. The candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Key responsibilities:
– Manage large amounts of incoming calls
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
– Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
– Have a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
– Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Qualifications:
– Proven customer support experience
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
