Our client, a leading retail company in Peterborough, ON, is seeking a Store Manager responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, maximising sales and profitability, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead a team of sales associates and support staff
– Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
– Monitor and control store expenses and inventory levels
– Ensure effective merchandising and presentation of products
