Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $16 – $18 per hour
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and aiding in resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.
Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
– Responding to emails and online inquiries in a timely manner
– Processing orders and updating customer records in the system
– Working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Handling escalated customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
