“Administrative Assistant

Our company is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and providing support to our team.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute emails, correspondences, and memos
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Strong organizational skills
